The Heresies

In this page, we will take the Word and examine these heresies that have crept into the very circle of the Message. Just as the Apostle warned, “grievous wolves” have entered in, not sparing the flock. They come dressed like believers, quoting the prophet, pretending to stand for the truth, yet injecting their own ideas, their own shenanigans, twisting the Message to fit their carnal understanding.

One says, “Brother Branham is infallible,” another brings back the very idolatry of Rome with their images and icons. All these things are slipping in among the people as though they were part of the revealed Word and yet they are nothing but deception, a snare of the enemy to pervert the Truth. It has come to that very hour when, if it were possible, it would deceive the very Elect.

Instead of going back to the Holy Bible, many who claim to believe this Message have begun to form their own private interpretations of what the prophet said. They quote his words as though they were the Scriptures themselves, then shaping them and interpreting them to fit their own ideas, traditions, and denominational roots. But the prophet never pointed us to himself. He pointed us back to the Word! The Urim and Thummim is the Bible, the final authority. Without the Word, brothers and sisters, we are wandering in darkness. Let us lay aside every man-made idea. Stop twisting the prophet’s statements, and return to the only absolute, the living Word of God!

Now, and that priesthood ended, and the Urim and Thummim was taken down, but God has got another Urim and Thummim, This is it. God's Word is the Urim and Thummim, that's God's Word. "Let every man's word be a lie and Mine be true," said God. "Heavens and earth will pass away," said Jesus, "but My Word shall never pass away.—“Mary's Belief”, 88

In the Old Testament, if a prophet prophesied, if a dreamer dreamed a dream, no matter how real it seemed, the first, before the church ever would accept it, it had to be proven by the Urim and Thummim. You know that, that breastplate of Aaron where the lights reflected. Now, when that priesthood ended, the Urim and Thummim went with it. But we got a new Urim and Thummim; that's the Word of God.—“The Water Baptism”, para. 70

Now, when the Aaronic priesthood left, the Urim and Thummim was done away with, but we got a new Urim and Thummim, that's God's Bible. If a dreamer dreams a dream, or a prophet prophesies, and it's not according to God's Word, forget it, God is not in it. But if God brings it back and proves it by His Word, then it's God's spoken Word, confirming what He said was the truth.—“The Faith Of Abraham”, para. 42

Now, when a prophet prophesied, or a dreamer dreamed a dream, no matter how real it looked, the theology might be perfectly, exactly right, but before they could accept it from being from the Lord, they took them down to the Urim and Thummim, and let this prophet prophesy towards that Urim and Thummim, or the dreamer tell his dream. And if the Urim and Thummim never moved, it was wrong, but if the Urim and Thummim went into a supernatural and performed a conglomeration of Lights, supernaturally coming from it, of a sign, then the prophet was right, that was the vindication.—“A Greater Than Solomon Is Here, para. 101

This habit of taking the prophet’s sermons as a substitute for the Bible, and then twisting them to fit personal desires and private agendas, is a dangerous path to walk. Without the sure foundation of the Scriptures, faith becomes perverted and led astray by false teachings. On this page, by God’s grace, these heresies will be brought to light and measured by the Word. Such errors have come because many have refused to go back to the Urim and Thummim, the Bible, and have ignored the very warnings the prophet gave. It’s time to return to the Word that never fails, the Absolute.

Damnable Heresies

In the following list, we will examine the heresies that are most rampant in the Message circle today. Each one will be sifted carefully through the Thinking Man’s Filter, weighed against the Bible, and exposed for what it truly is. May the Holy Spirit guide us, that we may discern truth from error, and remain faithful to the Word and the Message of the hour.

Preparing the Bride for the Capstone Ministry

Brothers and sisters, we must go back to the Word. Every spirit, every teaching, every claim must be tried by the Word of God, the Urim and Thummim of this day. The Message never pointed us to a man, or an image, or an organization. It pointed us back to Christ, the revealed Word made manifest in this hour. The prophet himself said, “Stay with the Word!” That’s our Absolute. Not what someone thinks he meant, but what the Scripture says and what the Holy Spirit confirms to be true.

If we ever leave that Foundation, we’re just another denomination with a new name. But if we stay with the pure Word of God, if we keep our hearts in line with the Message of the hour, then the Capstone will fit upon the Pyramid. The same Power that swept through the Upper Room at Pentecost will come again to perfect the Bride: A Church without spot or wrinkle, ready for the great ministry.
